As a talent sourcer, I was conducting a variety of interviews for a team in Texas, United States, managing a variety of tasks while conducting the interviews, following up with applicants, and presenting them to recruiting managers; the process was carried out through the company's ATS. Some of my other responsibilities include assisting with Spanish interviews, passing along feedback, and providing other details about candidates for various roles.
