In my most recent role as a Food Production Specialist at UPA, I have been responsible for managing production schedules, overseeing the purchasing of raw materials, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. I have also identified and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
Previously, I worked as a Quality Analyst at Leche Zaragoza- LIDERLAC where I conducted quality analysis for the pasteurization and packaging process of dairy products and beverages. I ensured compliance with ISO and NOM-NMX standards and monitored production processes to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
I have also gained hands-on experience in laboratory analysis and quality control procedures as a Chemist at American Beef, S.A. de C.V and as an Intern at Laboratorio Petroquímico del Norte, S.A. de C. V. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the importance of quality control in a manufacturing environment.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and possess strong analytical skills, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities. My experience as an Au Pair in Pennsylvania, USA has also helped me develop soft skills such as global awareness, social skills, English fluency, resilience, and independence.
