I worked in the customer service deparment where I had help customers with questions about their bills and also help book appointments for tech visits. During the time there I was able to develo many skills like tone of voice and also manage a stressful calls.

I worked in telcel mainly helping customers with issues they had with their phones this could be billing and technicals issues.

My job here was to welcome new customers by giving them a call and letting them know of benefits they had with us like cable and internet and also had to answer any questions they had.

I was working for a buiding company where I was a virtual assitant I had to help answer calls emails and even texts that came over to us. I also had to help make post on social media I did this by using Canva where I took some of the content they gave me and made videos and pictures to help drive more traffic to the website.

I study to be a teacher in modern languages my main languge is English I also did my professional practices as an English Teacher and worked as a tourside guide for some time as part my social service in school.
