Hello there, my name is Carlos.

I was born in Mexico City, but now I’m currently living in Merida, Yucatan.

I’ve been working in the call center industry since 2019, more than 1 year of customer service for companies like Marriott, AllState, Chime, and 3  years of cold calling and sales jobs.

My last job was for a company called 411 Locals and I think that the reason why I was one of their greatest closers is because I really like this industry, sales jobs are the ones that I prefer because they represent a challenge and at the same time I can be myself without filters.
