Customs Agency: While I was studying, the university gives you a chance to work full time a whole semester while still getting all your subjects done online. There I worked on every singe department there was, and then excelled on the import of a very large silica sand shipment.

Business Consultant: My first job after graduation, here we learn about a methodology called “The Execution Premium: Linking Strategy to Operation” Book by David P. Norton and Robert S. Kaplan. I managed 2 projects, on the first one I developed KPI based Management System a Strategic Planning Operation for a company that produced large metal structures for buildings and industrial production plants, and the second one I managed a government project that required me to manage all communications and meetings between them and High-end Business owners who were close to security politics on the state.

Social Media Management: I founded my own social media management agency where we were specially known for working heavy on post planning, KPI measurement on campaigns and paid ads on Facebook and Instagram on both Mexico and de US (South Texas). Then I ran an Insurance Agent’s Office where we developed a Podcast, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram/ Facebook campaigns for marketing.

Manager: I ran a 10 employee Insurance Sales Agency where I was tasked with changing the operation from an old-fashioned family business to a new objective and KPI based operation where we used all my consultant skills to make the company more reliable and improved overall client experience.
