I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Autonomous University of Coahuila and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Instituto Universitario del Centro de México (EDUCEM), both completed between 2018 and 2022. Currently, I am pursuing the second semester of a Master’s Degree in Human Rights with an International and Comparative Perspective at the Inter-American Academy of Human Rights (AIDH). My academic background has been complemented by French language courses at the Alliance Française of Saltillo and various workshops and conferences on legal and human rights topics.

My professional experience includes guiding a historical clothing exhibition, receiving a scholarship for the CEC-ICREA research project, and interning with the Presidency of the Electoral Tribunal of the State of Coahuila de Zaragoza. I also served as a judicial assistant in the General Secretariat of Agreements and Procedures at the same tribunal.

Among my achievements are a jurisprudential commentary published in Akademía journal and my participation in the First Colloquium of History Students. I defended and approved my Bachelor’s thesis on agrarian reform and land tenure, contributed to the research published in the book “Jalpa. Map-story of an Ejido,” and had an article published in Gazeta del Saltillo.

Law is the study of the legal system and its application in society. It involves understanding and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal principles to ensure justice and resolve disputes. Law students learn about various branches of law, including constitutional, criminal, civil, and international law, and develop skills in legal research, analysis, and advocacy. A degree in Law prepares individuals for careers as attorneys, judges, legal consultants, or in other roles within the legal system.
