Experience
Administrative Support
With a foundation in patient care for two years, I advanced to my current role as Administrative Support, where my responsibilities encompass managing and caring for international patients. This includes contacting and following up with foreign patients, coordinating and scheduling MRI appointments, as well as training caregivers. I am also responsible for MRI billing and handling additional team tasks during their absences. Furthermore, I organize out-of-country events from start to finish to promote our services and attract patients. My role also significantly impacts the clinic's decision-making process, contributing to efficient operations and the continuous improvement of our medical services.
Operational Assistant
I supervised the entire commercial area of conferences, overseeing essential tasks such as booth setup and dismantling, adherence to the schedule, attending to exhibitors and suppliers, as well as providing service to guests and VIPs. I also managed financial aspects with precision, including petty cash control. My comprehensive approach ensured successful and well-organized events.
Manager
I developed a comprehensive approach in my role as Manager at Kaffeecito, covering key areas such as customer service, supplier management, and payroll responsibility. Additionally, I ensured a smooth supply of inputs and maintained close and direct communication with the owner, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service.
Director's Assistant
I actively led the school calendar planning, managed the petty cash, and took care of the teachers' payroll. Additionally, I coordinated the organization and logistics of summer courses, and I also took on the role of an instructor to help with stage fright. My comprehensive approach ensured smooth management and a successful educational experience.
Education
Marketing and international trade
I acquired knowledge of key aspects of the business and improved my skills in market analysis, effective communication, and teamwork. Although I did not complete my bachelor's degree, the lessons and skills remain valuable in my professional career.
I also have multiple participations in the Model United Nations. The significant ones were as a Moderator of the Emergency Security Council at MUNTCP (Model United Nations Tecnológico de Monterrey, Puebla), and the following times as the Secretary-General at InterMUN. In the latter, I led and developed the event in collaboration with the Universidad Interamericana Puebla’s administrators and professors.
