I am an experienced and Sales-oriented IT and Marketing professional with more than 30 years of expertise in commercial and business development, representing many national and international company brands for quality products and services.

Over 20 years at multi-channel lead generation in customer-facing roles can be very valuable for your company, since I’ve practically done it all: cold calling, appointment setting, networking both online and at industry events and associations, referrals, sales meetings, presentations and communicating with leads and customers using online platforms such as live chat, social media, instant messaging, and applying email marketing best practices, always using CRM software that can keep track of every contact, opportunity and deal.

My dream job would be any position that values my experience and knowledge more as a consultant and facilitator to any project’s needs, rather than a regular salesperson, customer service agent or appointment setter who’s only repeating scripts and not bringing any good value to the business relationship.  I prefer to have any work-related challenges that mean opening new channels or markets for lead generation and business development, as my goal is to reach those KPI or performance levels that can mean a positive difference to the team, as well as a better income on my end.
