Manager. Worldwide MPC Analytics
Manager expanded role.
Business and operation assessment. Comparing and monitoring business and operation activities, defining a KPI around proactive work vs incoming work, that allows to see if department activity is aligned with the market.
Preventive analytics. In the ethics department we try to prevent infractions to the rules of conduct; consolidate appropriate metrics to establish a criteria to define risk, established thresholds to help flag potential infractions, automate the process.
Distributor and organizational analysis. Based on verifiable feedback and data, create new organizational alerts to mitigate risk of infraction in organization. Create proposals, gather feedback from regional teams and executives, seek implementation.
Department impact. Quarterly communication (infographic) consolidating all subject areas (10+ data sets) to highlight greatest accomplishments, department presence and reach in the market, project results and business trends.
AI and ML initiatives. Lay the base for implementation, prepare the team, present possible projects, define the approach and collaborate with the developers team.
Manager 1. Worldwide MPC Analytics
Create and manage a data analytics team; global team, interacting with other analytics teams globally. Hire and train new data analysts, oversee performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to company leaders and stakeholders.
Operational reports. Design, construction and maintenance of operational dashboards. Monitoring of KPIS, propose operational improvements, follow up of action plans.
Strategic reports. Communicate insights to executives on operations (back office), field operations, business trends, alerts and proactive work results, online engagement, Distributor impact, AI initiatives.
Distributor and organizational analysis. Provide a holistic view of business organizations, their performance, areas of growth and identifying potential infractions to rules of conduct.
Ad-hoc reports. Creation of reports according to the needs of the operation or requests from executives.
Data governance. Point of contact with the developer team. Report incidents, request new attributes or metrics to incorporate to the BI platform.
Point of contact with internal audit. Demonstrate the reports and dashboards coincided with the information provided by our BI platform; If there are "gaps", find the reason, document it and follow up.
Ethics Supervisor. MPC.
Supervise processes and ensure smooth operations, manage team workflow, evaluate performance and provide feedback, plan employee shifts and work schedules, hire and train new employees, team development to identify and apply career advancement opportunities. Oversee quality of work completed (QA).
Receive Distributor complaints and resolve problems, review and approve all work completed, prepare reports and updates for upper management, plan and execute team building activities. In charge of a team of 15 people.
Data analyst. MPC.
Data analysis, operations reporting; creation of reports and dashboards, ad-hoc reporting, report automation, monthly operations presentation, present results to internal audit.
As the first analyst, I started a new career path for new analysts; established the foundations of the departments reporting and analytics.
QA Specialist. MPC.
Internal audit role. Main tasks were to audit, deliver feedback, implement action plans and monitor results. I communicated the findings to the management and the training team.
The QA program was new; as the first QA coach I contributed to the design of the scorecard, educating the staff and management, training new auditors and presenting results I took this opportunity to kick-start the reporting.
Ethics representative. MPC.
My role was to educate Distributors and when an infraction is found enforce sanctions. Responsibilities: manage case files and questions from Distributors. Main tasks were research, documentation and communication with the Distributor.
I helped with my team’s reporting, presenting results on incoming work, productivity and SLA compliance.
