Administrative Assistance
-Assisted nurses during variety of procedures performed for patients, transported biological material
-Mediated between medical staff and patients in certain situations, de-escalated conflict
-Acted as an interdepartmental connection, handled sensitive and confidential information and material for nurses and doctors
-Performed administrative tasks such as taking calls and transferring within department, entered information in the database and communicated with patients for some general information
Campaign manager (Short contract)
-Participated in the campaign launch on essential skin care for intensive therapy and post-surgical patients
-Created educational materials such as videos and photography using Adobe Premiere Pro and camera equipment
-Collaborated on this project with the manager of nursing department, participated in weekly meetings to discuss progress and any changes that needed to be made
-Presented this project at the internal staff event to raise awareness about essential hospital care in high-risk patients
Editor and photographer
-Attended various social events and captured high-impact photos for clients, did some editing using Adobe Lightroom
-Created interpersonal connections between the public and content creators to generate greater communication ties
-Manager for the organization of advertising-type collaborations between non-profit organizations
