In charge of the plant maintenance, administration of all projects, support the safety department, review CAPEX expenditures, look for new technology, tranning of the team, payment of extra hours fo the maintenance team, holidays, days off, new hirings, leader of the SPS implementation at the plant involving production, supply chain, safety, excellence in maintenance, autonomous maintenance, 5S’s, quality, continuous improvement and skills development.
Review spare parts and request materials as needed.
create the maintenance plan for the week and assure it is being done.
review maintenance expenses and assure the budget.
