Planning, control, follow-up, execution and closing activities in each expansion project including projects for installation of critical services; under the PMI methodology and the company's GMP's.
Create Gantt charts with MS Project and create dashboards in MS PowerPoint for report project status with their respective sponsors and stakeholders.
Planning CAPEX / OPEX expenses through forecasts and billing tracking, considering the Gantt chart defined for each Project and the planned progress (cost and timing).
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams conformed by Procurement, Maintenance, manufacturing, quality, validations, engineering and EHS departments for review and approval the main engineering and for the organization of all needed activities for validate the critical utilities (IQ and OQ validations).
Effective communication about status of each Project.
Mitigation of risk and delays by COVID-19 contingency.
Layout reconfiguration for use small areas efficiently when installing new equipment using AutoCAD.

Logistics Engineer I
Responsible for planning and supervise rearrangement activities in order to increase the picking process productivity.
Improve the use of available spaces considering the storage locations’ size and the existing products’ sizes, including costs and demand of each product (ABC classification).
Coordinate the building maintenance according to the annual maintenance plan.
Dock lifts replacement in the warehouse without affecting the committed deliveries to our customers.
Delimitation of defined areas into the warehouse by applying epoxy lines without affecting the picking and storage processes.
Project Engineer
Responsible for creating basic and detailed engineering for develop technical and commercial proposals considering the customer’s requirements for businesses such as healthcare, femmcare, babycare, textile and electromechanical.
Responsible for developing Gantt charts for control and monitoring each project using MS Project and the PMI methodology.
Develop 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software for create and present technical proposals and for the quantification of materials required in each proposal.
Develop technical datasheets, brochures, manuals and work instructions about the new developments implemented for our customers.
Attract new customers through engineering and technical proposals developed.
Develop technical and commercial proposals.
Reduction of execution times improving the implementation processes throughout the life of the project.
Project Engineer
Responsible for design, execute, document and control the critical processes of manufacturing engineering department as well as develop feasibility analysis of new products.
Perform time and motion studies, improve manufacturing and packing processes, develop new packaging and managing ERP data (AS/400).
Create new products in the ERP system as requested by the internal customers.
Time reduction of packing process.
Waste reduction in the enameling process.
Document engineering changes.
Education
Master degree in Management of Innovative Projects
Master oriented to develop skills for manage complex and innovative projects, such as decision making, control of resources (time, economic and human), coordinate multidisciplinary work teams, risk and change management among others.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
Oriented to develop knowledge about management for improve bussiness processes, implement the continuous improvement cycle as an growth strategy.
