Marketing Director
- I lead and supervise the Marketing team and media agencies for the planning, implementation, execution, and measurement of the Annual Marketing Plan. I collaborate with an international team (Europe, LATAM, and Africa) to identify opportunities for improving the company's digital assets, profitability, operational processes, user experience, loyalty programs, marketing results, and competitive advantage in the market.
- I manage and tactically collaborate in the implementation of strategies and action plans to optimize digital assets (app, website, and social media).
- I plan and execute ON/OFF media campaigns for the company in Mexico, including influencer selection, activations, ATL, as well as supervising digital marketing actions, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to achieve Brand awareness, brand building, and customer acquisition and retention objectives.
- I am responsible for budget planning, control, and management on a monthly and annual basis, as well as for analyzing and measuring key KPIs, reporting results to the CMO and global CEO remotely (from Mexico to Bulgaria) to ensure campaign performance.

Marketing Director
- I led and supervised the Marketing team and the media agency and worked with international senior peers of the company to identify opportunities to improve operational processes, productivity, customer experience, customer relationship management , loyalty, marketing results and competitive advantage.
- I strategically and tactically managed digital assets (website, social networks, podcast, Google suite, Analytics, Email Marketing), planning, implementing, operating and optimizing organic and paid efforts in all stages of the funnel which resulted in an increase demand/contracts by 30% and 40% respectively during 2021 and 2022.
- I was responsible for the preparation, control and management of the monthly and annual budget, as well as the analysis and measurement of KPIs, reporting results to the CEO and the COO remotely (From Mexico to the United States).
- I measured organic and paid performance: followers, engagement, interaction, visits, views, leads, reach, impressions, leads, CPC, CTR, CPA, CLV, ROAS, etc. obtaining consistent growth in each of them.

- I directed the Marketing department and was responsible for the preparation and management of the annual budget and measurement of area indicators, leading an internal team and two external agencies, reporting results to the general management of the company.
- I prepared and executed the marketing plan and developed strategies focused on promoting commercial prospects and generating demand through the management and analysis of commercial, market and competitor information (through a CRM and ERP) to optimize decision making and define the direction of corporate strategy.
