Hello, My name is Roberto and my career is in the Customer Service field

I have 5 years of call center experience, 4 years of customer service experience, and one year of sales experience. My most recent experience was being The Quality assurance Lead and Training Coordinator at ASAP Answering Service also known as We Answer.

I posses native bilingual English and Spanish and have worked with recruiting companies for campaigns like Adidas and Verizon Wireless

I also obtained a high school diploma in general science and was pursuing an associate degree in Computer Science
