| SR. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Area: MEDIA
Activities: My roll consists mainly of order entry process; I received orders from Canada and EEUU
customers via Sales Forces and they are process through CNXM to SAP in which we make sure that
all the information provided by the customers is correct and complete.
We follow up to our customer via Sales Forces, by email and a few occasions via Telephone. And we
co-work with the Fairfield team in United States, Credit Reps from Mexico and USA, Sales, logistics
and production area.
Achievement: Reduce the time of order process and order assignation. Work as a backup from
important accounts as Home Depot, Amazon, ZF, etc., assist in improvement process to avoid gaps
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Activities: I worked in Customer Service Support Area, giving support to clients/representatives,
mainly in the deliveries of the products.
I collaborate with Operations area, making reports and following up the products that arrived
damaged, incomplete or haven´t been deliver or with incidents. Also, I make sure that all clients
received they products on time and in good conditions
Achievement: Logistics area improvement, implement an excel report to have more control of the
orders and packages missing or not p
INTER
Activities: I worked at HRS in EFM team, scanning, reviewing and archiving the personal records of
employees, being in contact with HR of Citadella, Elster and MTY.
Achievement: Create a better method to have control of the employee´s folders and implement an
excel report in which we can verify that all important employees documents.
VOLUNTEER
Area: Accountability
Activities: I worked at Radians Company, in Memphis Tennessee on the accountability area, filing,
scanning and supervising that the Official and important documents of the companies with which
Radians have agreement were in order and each one with its Corresponding certificates
ASSITANT
Area: Marketing
· Activities: Perform a Marketing plan which consist of create a logo, slogan, media promotion, etc
VOLUNTEER
· Area: Logistics and packeging
· Activities: Main activities develop were supervising that the product and its packaging were in good
condition, at Radians Company in Reno, Nevada

Bussiness Administration in Quality and Production
I studied a master degree on quality and productivity, I learned from administration, finance, quality standars and methods to verify the needs and debilities from a company.
INTERNATIONAL BUSSINESS AND COMMERCE
I studied international bussiness and commerce, because I found it a really interesting career, the main classes that I have were logistics, quality, international agreement, customs, administration, marketing, finance and accountability.
